Sanji throws his cigarette to distract Killingham and kicks the tip of Longinus, managing to break the spear. Killingham continues to take blows while Sanji reflects on Ivankov's words, his family, and the hardships he has endured. Sanji comes to the conclusion that defense must be his priority. Killingham then covers his body with Omen armor and regenerates his spear, this armor can only be destroyed with "dynasty traits". The clash between the two sends Sanji flying, but once again, the tip of Longinus breaks off. Sanji, lying on the ground, looks at his leg and realizes that his "armament traits" has reached a new level. Sanji gets back up, thinking that if Zoro is Luffy's sword, then he will be his shield. He kicks Killingham again, this time shattering his helmet.
